Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with megga888. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. megga888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

megga888 operates a risk-based KYC programme. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and — where payment methods require it — confirmation of your payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

megga888 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 5.1 Failed or Delayed Deposits

In the event a deposit does not reflect in your Account within the expected processing timeframe, you should contact megga888 support and provide your transaction reference number. megga888 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your Account KYC verification is complete; (b) you have no outstanding disputes or active fraud investigations on your account; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met; and (d) your withdrawal request meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. megga888 publishes indicative withdrawal processing times per payment method; however, these are estimates and actual processing may vary depending on the payment provider, time of day, and whether additional verification is required.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

6.2 Withholding of Withdrawals

megga888 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of a withdrawal request where: (a) a chargeback or reversal is pending on any associated deposit; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; (c) additional KYC documentation has been requested and not yet provided; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce a balance subject to an active wagering requirement below the required threshold.

All promotional offers and bonuses made available by megga888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

The following general bonus rules apply to all megga888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before withdrawal eligibility is established. All bets placed on megga888 are final once confirmed. Users cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details, including selection, stake (in MYR), and odds, prior to confirmation.

megga888 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) events are cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of the scheduled duration being completed; (b) obvious pricing errors or manifestly incorrect odds were published due to technical fault; (c) the bet was placed after an event's outcome was already determined ("late betting"); or (d) there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupted data feeds.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction or copying of platform content; modification, reverse engineering, or decompilation of any software component; commercial exploitation of any platform material; or removal of any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

In the event of termination for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing timelines.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which megga888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be contractually excluded.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through megga888's internal process, Users may have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified under the conditions of megga888's operating licence.
